INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIREFOX USERS/BROWSERS
Open Firefox Browser Window
On the Right hand side of the screen click on the 3 Lines
From the dropdown menu that appears click on “Settings”
Click on Privacy & Security and scroll down the page until you see Cookies and Site Data
Select the checkboxes and click “Clear” on the popup
