How to Grant Manager Access to Your Google Business Profile

Purpose:
To allow Apeiros Marketing to manage and optimize your Google Business Profile on your behalf.

Access Email:

Step-by-Step Instructions (Desktop)

1. Go to Google.com and search for your business name.

2. You’ll see your Business Profile controls at the top of the search results.

3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your business name.

4. Select Business Profile settings → People and access.

5. Click Add (top-left corner).

6. Enter apeirosmarketing@gmail.com.

7. Under Access level, choose Manager.

8. Click Invite.

That’s it! We’ll receive an email invitation and confirm once we’ve accepted.

Instructions for the Google Maps App (Mobile)

1. Open the Google Maps app and sign in with your owner account.

2. Tap your business (or the Business tab).

3. Tap More (⋯) → Business Profile settings → People and access.

4. Tap Add, enter apeirosmarketing@gmail.com, choose Manager, and send the invite.
